The scope of work in this project: Attendance at an on-site pre-construction meeting prior to commencement of construction works. Conformance to all WorkSafe B.C regulations and other mandatory regulatory bodies. Coordination of delivery and receiving client supplied materials on site. Supply of all required Contractor supplied materials, equipment, and labor for the project. Reshaping and regrading campsites and driveways to restore / improve & provide a variety of options within the BC Parks standard layout throughout the campground Replacing old Type 1 picnic tables with new standard Type 1 tables Replacing all fire rings and number posts with new standard Improving all roadways for maximum drainage and ease of use in preparation for future paving by improving the subbase and adding new base gravel. Removing all existing outhouses and replacing with accessible lock joint pit toilets placed on precast slabs and vaults. Review placements to ensure maximum accessibly in terms of approach grade Rebuilding all service pods to include a properly engineered greywater receptacle matched with DWPA standpipe Decommissioning the boat ramp and recontour the shoreline in this area, add proper garbage and recycling Installing new culverts and complete other drainage improvements. Cleaning up all construction areas. Offsite disposal of demised materials.
