City of Avondale is issuing this Request for Qualifications seeking statements of qualifications ("SOQ") from qualified, licensed Design-Build firms ("Vendors") interested in providing Design-Build services related to the Avondale Fire Training Tower project (the "Project") and other items as deemed necessary by the City (collectively, the "Services").
