BIDS FOR REFUSE COLLECTION FOR DALLASTOWN BOROUGH All bids must be plainly marked "BIDS FOR COLLECTION AND REMOVAL OF REFUSE AND RECYCLING FOR THE BOROUGH OF DALLASTOWN- Attention: David Garabedian, Borough Manager" on the outside of the envelope. The bids are being solicited for the collection and removal of refuse and recycling within Dallastown Borough for the years 2025 through 2027, with two (2) optional one (1) year renewal periods, and different alternate options as further defined in the Specifications. All bids must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, money order or bid bond with corporate surety payable or in favor of the Borough of Dallastown in the amount of Twenty- Five Thousand ($25,000.00) Dollars. The successful bidder will be required to post a performance bond and provide proof of insurance, as required by the specifications, within fifteen (15) days after the award has been made by the Borough Council. All bids must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit, Workman's Compensation Affidavit, and a fully completed Statement of Bidder Qualifications, as well as any other document required by the General Requirements and Conditions for Bidding. The Borough Council reserves the right to waive any technicalities or informalities, the right to reject any and all bids, the right to choose any combination of bids or alternate bid, and the right to reject any and all bids and alternatesr
