Site work and paving for a road / highway in Ty Ty, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work to be done shall consist of fur- nishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct the project titled Construc- tion of Railroad Street Extension for the City of Ty Ty. In general,the work consists of the construc- tion of a new road from US 82 toUpper Ty Ty Road. This work will be awarded in one (1) contract. All bid forms must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount not less than ten percent(10%) of the base bid. All bonds shall be by a surety company li- censed in Georgia with an A min- imum rating of performance and a financial strength of at least five(5) times the contract price as listed in the most current publi- cation of Bests Key Rating Guide Property Liability. The successful bidder, if awarded the Contract,will be required to furnish a Per- formance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. Each bond shall be accompanied by a Power of Attorney authorizing the attor- ney-in-fact to bind the surety and certified to include the date of the bond. All bonds must appear on the Treasury Department's most current Circular 570 Listing. The Owner, reserves the right to re- ject any or all bids, including without limitation, the rights to reject any or all non-conforming,non-responsive,
