Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hillsboro, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Washington County is soliciting bids to replace an aging Security Camera system for the Walnut Street Center Campus. This includes the main building, 5 outbuildings and a couple of isolated light poles in a parking lot. We believe there to be limited asphalt trenching, and some light soil trenching. The majority of the services can be run through existing conduit and service panels. The County does not intend to pre-qualify any respondents for this project. Question Submission Deadline:August 26, 2024, 5:00pm The schedule allows for 2 months of work once Notice to Proceed is issued. Between Contract acceptance and NTP, we will undergo Pre Construction activities which generally lasts 8-12 weeks. This includes contract finalization, submittals, etc. Washington County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities in the best interest of the County.
