As of September 25, 2024, information regarding the award and award date has not been disclosed. Construction is not expected to start for a few years. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Provide Phase 300 Professional Design Services to prepare a comprehensive alternatives analysis to remove the Swan Creek Dam, provide modifications to the Highbanks Dam and hydraulic analysis to maintain flooding of the Koopman Marsh and eliminate Sea Lamprey incursion into the flooding. Provide Phase 400 (Preliminary Design/Permit Preparation and submission) and Phase 500 (Final Design) services for the work must also be in the proposal, but will not be awarded in the initial contract. Phase 600 (Construction Administration - Office) and Phase 700 (Construction Administration-Field) must also be included, but will not be awarded in the initial contract. Desired Schedule of Work : Design to begin immediately after award. Expected Completion of Phase 300 to be December 2024.
