Deadline for Questions to be submitted 3:00 PM on May 28, 2024 Deadline for County's response to questions 5:00 PM on May 30, 2024 Contractor shall replace Section 5 (approximately 6,300 square feet) of the roof covering the Allegan County Youth Home Building located at 2243 33rd Street, Allegan, MI . Scope of Work: 8.4.1 Describe your planned membrane application method. 8.4.2 Describe how the roof edges will be finished with a detail drawing. 8.4.3 Based on the coring sample of the roof taken during your firm’s site visit, state how much insulation, if any, will need to be added to meet current building codes. 8.4.4 Note any variances from the installation specifications provided in Exhibit A. 8.4.5 State whether your firm intends to use any subcontractors on this project. If yes, describe the work to be performed. 8.4.6 Describe any standard labor warranty provided by your firm including any limitations or exclusions. 8.4.7 Provided the project is completed and invoiced before October 31, 2024, the County is flexible in scheduling this project, especially if there are any cost savings to be realized by scheduling sooner or later. Assuming a contract award by date July 1, 2024, state when your firm would schedule this project and how many days your firm would expect to be on-site to complete the work.
