Owner: Allegan Public Schools - Performing Arts Center Roof Replacement Allegan Public Schools 550 5th St. Allegan, Michigan 49010 Architect/Engineer: Tower Pinkster 242 East Kalamazoo Ave., Suite 100 Kalamazoo, MI 49007 (269) 343-6133 Construction Manager: The Christman Company 801 Boardway Ave., NW, Suite 300 Grand Rapids, MI 49504 (616) 454-4454 All contractors bidding on work must be bondable and must include in their bid the cost for furnishing a Co-Obligee Labor and Material Payment Bond and a Co-Obligee Performance Bond. On the proposal form the contractor will identify a cost to be deducted from their bid should bonds not be required. A copy of the Trade Contract is included in this project manual. Bidders are advised that the Owner reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to reject or declare any bid as non- responsive based on failure to confirm acceptance the Trade Contract without modification. Proposed edits, if any, must be submitted with the bid. Request for edits to the Trade contract subsequent to submission of bids will not be considered.
