Site work, paving, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Arlington, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work shall generally consist of furnishing all products and performing all labor necessary to construct the improvements depicted in the Construction Drawings titled as City Park Renovation and all other apptenances and incidentals necessary to complete the project in accordance with the Specifications and Construction Drawings. More specifically, the work shall consist of furnishing all products and performing all labor to construct the sport courts, playground, lighting, fencing, parking lot, storm drainage, and any other items shown or implied in the Construction Drawings. Time allotted for completion of work is 240 Consecutive calendar days. All Work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Work will be awarded in one (1) Contract. Any bid received after said time and date will not be considered by the Owner. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days except as specifically may be provided in the Instructions to Bidders and/or by State law. This project is funded in part or whole by Improving Neighborhood Outcomes in Disproportionately Impacted Communities (INODIC) Funds through the Governor's Office of Planning & Budget (OPB) State Fiscal Recovery Fund (SFRF) grant program. All Bidders must comply with 41 CFR 60-4, in regard to affirmative action, to ensure equal opportunity to females and minorities and will apply the timetables and goals set forth in 41 CFR 60-4, as applicable to the area of requirements, including those outlined SECTION 00100-3 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS in Appendix II of 2 CFR 200, as well as existing State public works construction requirements.
