Site work for a water / sewer project in Arlington, Georgia. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of November 10 , 2025 this project will rebid but no definite date for the rebid.** The project consists of: Replacement of approximately 512 - 3/4 " water meters, 4 - 1" water meters, 17 - 2" water meters, 3 - 2 1/2" water meters and 1 - 4" water meters with remote read water meters and system for operation. The Owner reserves the rights to waive any and all informalities, to reject any and all bids, and to disregard all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced or conditioned bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. All bids will remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Project No - 25-0003 QA date - 10-23-2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
