2024 SSD Sign Replacement The City of Doraville is seeking a qualified and experienced Contactor to replace all signs within the Special Tax District. All signs shall meet MUTCD standards for size, color, and reflectivity. Old signs and damaged signposts shall be removed and returned to the City of Doraville Public Works Department at 3883 Flowers Road, Doraville, GA 30360. The contractor shall use all existing signposts unless determined to be in poor condition and approved by the Director of Public Works. All work shall be coordinated for schedule and any adjustment to the location of the sign with the Director of Public Works. All questions or requests for clarification must be sent via e-mail only to Chris.LaFleur@Doravillega.us. Questions are due no later than Thursday, August 8, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. EST. Questions received after this date and time may not be answered. All communications regarding this solicitation must be with the Public Works Director, Chris LaFleur, Chris.LaFleur@Doravillega.us. The City of Doraville reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make an award in the best interest of the City of Doraville. The City of Doraville is not responsible for any technical difficulties. It is highly recommended that all potential contractors submit their quotes prior to the due date of this solicitation.
