Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in South Jordan, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
South Jordan City is seeking to pre-qualify at least five Contractors for a two-to-five-year period who will submit quotes to perform various construction-related projects citywide not to exceed $250,000 per task. The City projects are anticipated to include, but are not limited to: Streets - Curb and gutter installation, removal, and replacement; concrete installation, removal, and replacement in alleyways, parks, or roadways; ADA ramp installation, removal, and replacement; sidewalk installation, removal, and replacement; and asphalt patching or repair. Storm Water - Repair, installation, replacement, and removal of any of the following: box-inlet, manholes, storm pipe (ADS, concrete, metal, etc.), spill-way, storm basins, underground chambers, wet\dry wells, ditches or streams, pump stations, or treatment structures. Water - Emergency waterline repairs, water main replacement or installation, meter or PRV vault work, canal check dams, weir replacement or installation, and pump house replacement or installation. Qualified Contractors should have the necessary skills and experience to perform the work described above, and have demonstrated knowledge of APWA, South Jordan City, and UDOT standards. The City reserves the right to award this bid in full or in part. All inquiries and responses must be made online.
