Demolition and site work for an educational facility in Ignacio, Colorado. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 17,000-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Work to be performed may include, but is not limited to the following. The design-builder will isolate all existing utilities that serve this building, remove all used and abandoned utility infrastructure within and adjacent to the building, demolish, remove and dispose of all building components, debris on site, including basements and foundation in their entirety, fencing, trees, concrete walkways/steps and pavement within the project boundary. To prospective bidders, the Southern-Ute Indian Tribe requests a written response to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for consideration for Design-Builder services to demolish the former Southern Ute Boarding School, circa 1902, approximately 17,000sf, located at 279 Capote Drive, Ignacio, Colorado 81137.
