Site work for a water / sewer project in Ignacio, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project requires rehabilitation of ~12,500 feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer pipeline using both pipe bursting and trenched techniques. Reconnection of approximately 70 user services will be required. Rehabilitation of select manhole structures will be required. Project will require bypass sewage pumping, site stabilization, and all associated work to deliver a complete functional sewer system. A Bid security, in the form of a Bid Bond, Cashiers Check or Certified Check in the amount of 5% of the bid amount, must accompany each Bid. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Construction Performance and Payment Bonds as security for the faithful performance of the Contract. Deadline for questions is 5:00 PM MDST July 18th 2025. Questions and requests for information are only available be per email request to clamberson@goffengineering.com. The Southern Ute Indian Tribe reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informality in the bid process and to accept the bids deemed, in the opinion of the Tribe, to be in the best interest of the Southern Ute Indian Tribe.
