Reference Number 0000382535 Bid Intent Not Available Job Location: Town of Ignacio Colorado The work (hereinafter referred to as the "Project") will be performed for the Town of Ignacio, Municipal Gas System, (hereinafter referred to as the "Town"). The Project generally consists of: fabrication, installation, testing, tie-in, and startup of replacement natural gas distribution mains and services consisting of approximately 1600 Feet of 2" MDPE gas main, 3200 Feet of 4" MDPE main, (25) 3/4" & 1" gas services, tie-in to existing main stubs, separation of existing facilities, and tie-in to existing meter sets. The Town reserves the right to contract for all, part, or additional work associated with the Project. Question Deadline 04/25/2025 at 5:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes Start Date: Start date to be negotiated. Substantial Completion must occur no later than September 30, 2025. Bidder to state a proposed Start Date commensurate with the required Substantial Completion Date. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Surety as described in the Bid Documents. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a performance bond, a labor and material payment bond, and a warranty bond as described in the Bid Documents. The Town reserves the right to award the contract for the Project in whole or in part, to negotiate with any Bidder, to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informalities, discrepancies, or irregularities. Furnish and install 2" MDPE main by trenching, including fittings, tracer wire, warning tape, anodes, test stations, complete in place, tied-in, tested, purged, backfilled, and restored, togetherwith all appurtenances. Excluding installation of valves and valve boxes, saw cutting, pavement repair, ortraffic control. Install 2" MDPE main by insertion into existing line, including fittings, tracer wire, warning tape, anodes, test stations, excavation of entry/exit pits, complete in place, tied-in, tested, purged, backfilled, and restored, together with all appurtenances. Excluding installation of valves and valve boxes, saw cutting, pavement repair, or traffic control.
