SCOPE OF WORK FAIRVIEW HIGH SCHOOL VARSITY SOFTBALL FIELD Delivery and Certified Installation of 100 tons of DuraEdge Classic Infield Mix*, 1 pallet of DuraPitch Premium Mound Clay*, 3 pallets of Play Ball Conditioner*, 3,000 square feet of sod, bases, home plate, pitching rubber and installation services Scope of work: 1. Survey, measure and mark turf edges to square field, remove developing lips and prep for sod along sidelines 2. Cut sod along arc, clean up and dispose of on site 3. Laser sub grade existing material to prep for DuraEdge Classic*, remove as needed, and dispose of on site 4. Install 100 tons of DuraEdge Classic*, finish laser grade and roll to compact 5. Sod sidelines 6. Install new pitching rubber, home plate and bases with anchors 7. Install DuraPitch Premium Mound Clay* at rubber and home plate 8. Top-dress with 3 tons of Play Ball Conditioner* 9. Groom for play. Groom for play Installation of two single bullpens, one on home side and one on visitor side. Delivery and installation includes DuraEdge Classic Infield Mix*, 1 pallet of Premium Mound Clay*, pitching rubber and home plate Sod installation includes 7,500 square feet of sod, 50 tons of topsoil, 7 tons of topdressing sand and Professional Installation Services Scope of work: 1. In addition to infield skin renovation, strip and renovate infield turf to remove existing lips and smooth surface. 2. Sod cut and strip all middle infield turf. 3. Install topsoil mix to bring to grade. 4. Laser finish grade to match infield skin and provide positive surface drainage. 5. Install bluegrass sod. 6. After sod is established, return and topdress with sand to fill any seams or irregularities. *or an approved alternative of the quality necessary to meet the specifications.
