Interested contractors shall submit a bid utilizing the following quantities: Paint 4-inch White Line - 150,000 linear feet 4-inch Yellow Line - 150,000 linear feet Single Turn Arrows - 15 each Combination Turn Arrows - 36 each 24-inch Stop Bars - 74 linear feet Thermoplastic Single Turn Arrows - 130 each Combination Turn Arrows - 17 each 6-inch Crosswalk Border - 600 linear feet 24-inch Stop Bars - 650 linear feet 8-ft Stop Bar - 1 each 8' ONLY Lettering - 4 each The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. The City of Norton in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 US.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
