Renovation of a residential development in Lowell, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Walker Street Roof Replacement Replacement of asphalt shingle roof GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK A. The Work under the Contract consists of: 1. Removal and replacement of roof shingles, flashings and underlayment. 2. Removal and replacement of portion of plywood roof sheathing. 3. Removal and disposal of existing vinyl siding and weather barrier . 4. Removal and disposal of portion of utility towers over utility rooms. 5. Provide roof framing infill at utility towers. 6. Providing cementitious siding and PVC trim where indicated on drawings. 7. Providing new gutters and downspouts. 8. Providing bollards where indicated on drawings. 9. Repair of fire separation wall in attic. 10. All Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities C. Additional Selection Criteria: 1. General Bidders must meet the additional selection criteria stated in Article 8.8 of the Instructions to Bidders
