Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The Labor Standards, Wage Determination Decision, and Anti-Kickback regulations (29 CFR, Part 3) issued by the Secretary of Labor are included in the contract documents of this project and govern all work under the contracts. The Borough of Luzerne reserves the right to accept, reject, modify or delete any or all items of work, as they deem necessary to award a Contract within budget limitations. Bids may be held by the Borough for a period of not to exceed thirty (30) days after the date of the Bid Opening.
