FCI Loretto is seeking services for a Building Inspections that will include Gas Line, Fire Suppression and Fire Detection system inspections in our UNICOR Building that is considered a Hazardous area due to lead dust contaminents. Inspections will need to be completed within the next 30-60 days. The concerned Building is located within the secure perimeter of a Federal Correctional Institution and contractors will need to pass a background investigation to work on institutional grounds. The Contractor will be responsible for conducting a Hazard Assessment (Lead Dust) to determine the appropriate PPE that contracted employees will be required to wear during inspections. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
