i) This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is 15B20825Q00000004. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Please read it in its entirety. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-03. (iv) This solicitation is being issued as unrestricted. The NAICS for this requirement is 333912 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. (v) The following items are required Replacement Well House Valves at FCI Loretto, Loretto, Pa in accordance with Scope of work. The anticipated date for the completion of this project is April 30, 2025. (vi) This solicitation is expected to result in the award of a firm-fixed price contract for the Replacement Well House Valves at FCI Loretto, Loretto, Pa. (vii) Delivery and acceptance will be FOB Destination to address: FCI Loretto 772 St Joseph St Loretto, Pa 15940
