Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and related services necessary to disconnect and remove the existing chairlift and furnish and install a new chairlift at FCI Loretto. The new chairlift shall be installed in the same location as the existing unit, serving a stairway consisting of 16 stairs, a landing, and an additional three stairs, and shall utilize a dedicated 240-volt circuit. The chairlift must be ADA compliant, have a minimum 660-pound capacity, and include obstruction sensors, safety lights, emergency manual folding and lowering capability, safety barrier arms, and overspeed safety features. The contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all field measurements, following manufacturer installation requirements, conducting testing of the completed installation, and ensuring compliance with applicable FBOP Technical Design Guidelines, seismic requirements, environmental regulations, Life Safety standards, NFPA requirements, ADA-ABA standards, and all applicable federal, state, and local codes and regulations.
