**As of April 24th, 2026 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Install foundation drain at the Federal Correctional Institution-Williamsburg in Salters, South Carolina. The contract type is firm-fixed price. Proposals are requested for the installation work conforming to solicitation requirements. Offerors should include their Company Name, Phone Number, Point of Contact, and Unique Entity ID (UEI) number in their offers. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). All vendors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) website. The magnitude of this project is between $50,000. and $100,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. If you have any question, please contact Ronald Calandra at 843-3287-9424 or rcalandra@bop.gov The contractor shall be responsible for excavating and installing approximately 25' feet of foundation drainage and 20' of solid drainage piping adjacent to the exterior of the Training Center. The contractor shall be responsible for: - Excavating approximately 2'x3' wide, 4' deep, and 25' long trench located along the side of the Training Center -Remove spoils to an outside location and replace with clean stone. The spoils will be removed from the property upon completion of the project. -Clean and prep wall and apply a waterproofing system per the manufacturer's specifications. -Install Geotech fabric, perforated drainage piping, and clean stone to serve as a foundation drain. -Excavate approximately an additional 55' to connect the newly installed foundation drain to the existing downspout. -Restore the work area with mulch and seed. It shall be the Contractors responsibility to obtain all measurements and manufactures installation recommendations. Compliance will be addressed as applicable to this project, inclusive of BOP Technical Design Guidelines, seismic zone requirements, environmental compliance, Life Safety, NFPA, ADA-ABA, and Federal, State, and Local codes and regulations.
