The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide all equipment, labor, tools, and transportation necessary to perform on-call, as needed asphalt patching operations on primary and secondary routes in Bland County located in the Bristol District in accordance with the specifications contained herein. The contract will be for one year, with the start date to be determined at time of award (renewable).
