Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Construction work to include clearing/ grubbing, site grading, concrete & Redi-rock block installation, utility installation, restroom construction/installation, site restoration & other miscellaneous items. The City of Oconomowoc reserves the right to select any firm's proposal it deems the most advantageous & serves in the best interest of the City The construction project has tentative dates of September 1, 2024 - April 30, 2025 Scope of Services Construction Management Task 1 Construction Management Services The identified Construction Manager (CM) for the Project must be a P.E. with a minimum of 8 years experience in engineering and construction related experience. The CM will be responsible for the scheduling of the construction review and surveying services to match the Contractor’s schedule. Additional responsibilities include informing the City of any cost saving ideas, ensure that all permit and contractual requirements are adhered to and have the appropriate personnel on the site for the work they are reviewing. Any geotechnical work will be completed by others. Use 150 hours for an anticipated 4-6 month construction time period for the project.
