CONTRACT: SNOW AND ICE REMOVAL YEARS 2024-2025 2025-2026 (Optional Year 2) 2026-2027 (Optional Year 3) 2027-2028 (Optional Year 4) 2028-2029 (Optional Year 5) A certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of $110,000.00 (which is equal to the 5 year average of actual snow removal), made payable to the Township of Thornbury, must accompany each bid. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania where the Township is located shall be accepted and the bond shall so state same. Address all bids to the Township of Thornbury, c/o Jeff Seagraves, 6 Township Drive, Cheyney, PA 19319-1020. Envelope should be plainly endorsed for "SNOW AND ICE REMOVAL". Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. It should be noted that the Township may award the base bid, only, or may also include none, or one, or more, of the optional years. The Township may also award the base bid only, with the option to renew each of the optional years, annually, by March 15 prior to the optional year. The Township of Thornbury reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids thereof, and waive any information in the bidding, as they deem in the best interest of the Township
