The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from experienced and qualified offerors to cost effectively manage, maintain, and operate Cheyney Universitys Wastewater Treatment Plant (hereinafter WWTP), a sequential batch reactor facility for biological nutrient removal with a designed and permitted 250,000 gallons-per-day capacity, while continuously meeting regulatory discharge permit limits. Delivery Location: Cheyney University 1837 University Circle Po Box 200 Cheyney Pa 19319 0200 It is critical that the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) be operated efficiently, properly and in strict compliance with the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and PA Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) regulations. Proper operation requires unique specialized knowledge and operator licensure
