Project Description: This project involves replacement of all/portions of the existing grating for two process tanks at the Township's Wastewater Treatment Plant. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids. The apparent three (3) low bidders shall be prepared to provide the original paper copy of all requested bid forms, including original signatures and seals, within three (3) days of bid opening to the offices of the Owner if requested to do so by the Owner.
