ESTIMATED RANGE: .1 General - $5,000,000 - $6,000,000 LIQUIDATED DAMAGES = (.1) $1,500.00 per day. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Goals for each Prime Contract is as follows: SDB AND VBE GOALS .1 General Construction - ALL BASE BIDS (#1) SDB = 15% VBE = 3% The contractor shall remove the asbestos-containing material (ACM) as specified by the client (PZA Architects) and the clients asbestos removal consultant (Criterion Laboratories, Inc.), in accordance with all local, federal, state regulations, and in strict accordance with the procedures outlined in this protocol. Please refer to the attached list of ACM to be removed from each location (Section 5.0). The asbestos survey included Cope Hall, Cope Hall Annex andmthe Stadium. No asbestos containing materials were identified at the Stadium. B. All requirements for submittal and notifications shall be the responsibility of the asbestos contractor and copies shall be provided to PZA Architects and Criterion Laboratories, Inc. when submitted to the appropriate regulatory agencies Question Deadline 09/20/2023
