Ravenswood Road Rehabilitation Project The bid will be for removal and replacement of approximately 900 L.F. of Mill and Fill, 2500 L.F. of aggregate base installation, 6200 L.F. of Full depth Asphalt Replacement, Shoulder Replacement, Concrete Driveway Replacement, and restoration, lawn restoration and other related items of work. The approximate quantities for the major items of work involved in this project are as follows: Item Est. Qty o Cold Milling HMA Surface 2,800 Syd o Pavement Removal & Bituminous Base Stabilization 19,200 Syd o HMA, 3EL 3,400 Ton o HMA, 4EL 2,300 Ton o HMA, 5EL 2,000 Ton o Aggregate Base 4,500 Ton o Lawn Restoration 4,500 Syd Bids shall be on a unit price basis for items of work, as specified. Bids shall be submitted on the proposal forms provided by the Engineer. This project is subject to the requirements of the Davis-Bacon Act. All wages paid on this project shall meet the requirements of the Act, including prevailing wages and benefits as specified in the bidding documents. Bid security in the form of a Certified Check or a Bid Bond, executed by the bidder and a surety company, for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid, payable to City of Marysville, shall be submitted with each bid. The City of Marysville reserves the right to accept any Bid, to reject any Bid, and to waive irregularities in Bids. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond, Payment Bond, Maintenance Bond and Insurance Certificates. Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) calendar days after receipt.
