As always, late bids will not be considered.*** The Richland Hills Sewer Extension Phase1 project is an American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funded project designed to bring public sanitary sewer service to 217 private residences in the Richland Hills neighborhood. Work consists of providing labor, materials, equipment, services and administration required for the installation of approximately, 14,000 LF 8" Diameter sanitary sewer, 800 lf storm drain, 76 manholes, 1,800 lf of 2" low pressure force main,1,300 lf of 8" diameter water line, and 2,700 tons of asphalt surface restoration. Proposed sewer, water and storm improvements are to be primarily constructed within existing ROW and through/along select parcels.
