Reference Number: 0000358909 This document sets forth the general specifications, minimum requirements and responsibilities, of the Contractor in providing construction services for the construction of a monument for Shaheed Minar in the City of Hamtramck's Zussman Park. The successful bidder shall be required to supply the necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools and supplies and insurance to construct the monument as specified by the City. Question Deadline 08/15/2024 at 11:00 AM ET, All questions about this RFP must be directed by August 16, 2024, 3:00 p.m. in writing, via email, to: John DeAngelis Director of Public Services jdeangelis@hamtramckcity.com. Responses will be released via Addendum issued by August 20, 2024, 10:00 a.m. Purchasing Agent and City Manager reserves the right to accept or reject any or all items in the proposal, or, to award the contract to a firm other than the low bidder in this RFP. If either a unit price or extended price is obviously, in error or the other price is obviously correct, the incorrect price will be disregarded.
