Renovation of an office development in Casper, Wyoming. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a office development.
The project consists of the furnishing, installing, and commissioning a new HVAC system and associated required ducting and controls, and removing and replacing the existing architectural shingle roofing system. All work shall meet requirements of the City of Casper (City) and the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) on this project. The FTA required federal clauses for this project are attached at Exhibit "A". The Consultant's cost proposal for engineering services shall be broken down to reflect the cost of the work for furnishing and installing the HVAC system and removing and replacing the roofing system. Completion of Services: August 31, 2025 The City of Casper reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in submissions received, and to accept any portion of a proposal or all items if deemed in the best interest of the City of Casper. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
