Work of this Contract comprises installation of a new generator, two new fire water services and fire hydrant, fire pump, modifications to the fire alarm systems, automatic sprinkler system installation, firestopping, and interior finishes as required at the both the Bren Del win PCH and Delorain HC/Delwynda PCH also known as Provincial Fire and Life Safety Project - Bren Del Win, Deloraine HC and Delwynda. Each bid shall be accompanied with security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total Base Bid Price.
