D The Work can be briefly summarized as follows: Supply and placement of various riprap types, filter gravel, and boulders Mixing and placement of all habitat substrate materials Installation of log structures Grass seeding and planting Installation of wildlife fencing These Works have an estimated budget of $650,000 including Contingency Additional works The City reserves the right to negotiate additional work with the successful contractor for other improvements at City Pak including: Site grading Deep and shallow utility installation Irrigation Fencing Curb and gutter Flatwork Park equipment/features Lighting Landscaping Restoration work The total estimated value of these additional works is up to $600,000.
