Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pyatt, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of October 3, 2024 project was awarded to The PlayWell Group, awarded amount is $79,732.26. The project consists of the following: o Build/construct concrete handicap parking/gravel parking area and sidewalks o Build/construct +-100 LF of 6' concrete sidewalk o Build/construct 800 sqft playground area o Install playground equipment and swing set o Build/construct an hip roof shade, picnic table, and benches o Replace existing basketball goal & repaint basketball court Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount for and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Information for Bidders, Bid Forms, Form of Contract, Plans and Specifications, Bid Bond Form, Performance and Payment Bond Forms No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
