Request for Proposals from interested parties for asphalt paving within the City Park, in the town limits of Bluefield, Virginia. Pavements shall be as detailed below. Curbing shall be replaced where current curbing will be deemed ineffective and additional curbing may be necessary during construction, as directed by City of Bluefield personnel. Paving quantities may be adjusted to fit budgetary needs after bids are accepted.

o Provide pricing for the parking lots, trails and roadway separately
o Proposed total price for all paving The City of Bluefield will afford full opportunity for minority business enterprises to submit a show of interest in response to this invitation and will not discriminate against any interested firm or individual on the grounds of race, creed, color, sex, age, handicap, or national origin in the contract award. The City of Bluefield reserves the right to contract with one firm (lowest responsible bidder) or the entire project or more than one firm for various components of the project, as the City deems to be in its best interest.
