PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project is located on the island of Lake Havasu City. The project consists of constructing a new culvert crossing across the Queen's Bay cul-de-sac. The construction will include re-profiling the existing roadway for the new culvert. The re-profiling will include reconstruction of existing pavement and curb and gutter.
