Renovation of a medical facility in Laconia, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Correspondence Please direct any questions to: RJ Pauley, Environmental Service Director Belknap County Nursing Home 603-729-1227 rpauley@belknapcounty.gov This project involves the replacement of the Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) for Air Handling Unit AHU-3, which is equipped with a 25 horsepower (HP) motor operating at 208 volts and 3- phase. The scope of work includes the removal of the existing VFD, installation of the new VFD, and testing to ensure proper functionality and integration with the AHU. Preparation o Site Survey: Conduct a thorough site survey to assess the existing setup and identify any potential challenges. o Shutdown Plan: Develop and coordinate a shutdown plan to minimize disruption to facility operations. o Safety Measures: Implement all necessary safety measures and ensure compliance with local electrical codes and regulations. Removal of Existing VFD o Including proper lockout tagout procedures o Disposal of old unit Installation of New VFD o Mounting the New VFD: Securely mount the new VFD in place of the old unit. o Electrical Connections:
