The District aims to develop a pre-approved list of state-certified and registered land surveyors for the Program. Contracts shall be awarded on a per-parcel or project basis utilizing this list. Surveys obtained resulting from this Program will be utilized in the acquisition process for fee simple title and / or other rights to land identified by the District's Finance Committee as part of the 2025 - 2030 Capital Improvement Program. The District reserves the right to cancel contracts and recommend removal from the list for contract non-compliance and poor performance. Award of Contracts will be released October 10th, 2024. Professional Services Contracts will expire on December 31st, 2030, or until all funding allocated for the Program is spent.
