The City of St. Pete Beach is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to perform street sweeping services. Sweeping of all City streets and parking lots 1 - time per month. Available for Special Events/ Emergency Sweeping upon request. All commercial street fronts and parking lots should be cleaned between the hours of after 10: 00 pm and 7: 0o AM Monday through Friday. Residential Streets should be swept between the hours of 8: oo AM and - 5: 0o PM Monday -Friday. Vendor must provide metered water for dust control and dispose of all debris. All questions pertaining to the terms and conditions or scope of work of this Request for Bid ( RFB) must be sent in writing ( e- mail is acceptable) to the City Procurement Manager jtaylor@astpetebeach.org and shall be received no later than 10.00 AM EST on 8/ 21/024. The work will be completed and ready for final inspection within three ( 3) years from contract execution. With the option to renew for two ( 2) additional 1 -year periods
