Location: Hurley Park (1501 Gulf Way, St Pete Beach, 33706) Playground physical location: southeast corner of the existing pavilion from the existing sidewalk to the basketball court to the ballfield Approximate area: 40’ x50’ Work Requesting: Design, permit and install playground, shade structure and engineered wood fiber surfacing Playground Age Demographic: 2-12 year old Features to Include: Should include a slide and play features in the allowable space Deadline for Question Submission 9/ 11/ 2024 10:00 AM If the work embraced by this Contract is not completed on or before the date set for completion or any extension thereof, the actual damages for the delay will be impossible to determine and in lieu thereof, the Contractor shall pay to the City fixed, agreed , and liquidated damages in the amount of either Five-Hundred Dollars ($ 500) per day for each calendar day of delay until the work is satisfactorily completed
