Bids shall include all labor, materials and equipment to provide and install a complete system as shown on the Drawings and Specifications. Project Description: Provide and install new Kitchen Equipment and install existing kitchen equipment work for The College of the Muscogee Nation. The facility is currently under renovation construction operations. The facility consists of a single-story building housing offices, classrooms, kitchen and dining spaces. The building will be available for field verification and measurement. The Kitchen Package includes the installation of new and existing equipment that will require final hook up of electric and gas by others. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. Bidders will be required to submit the completed Non-Collusion Affidavit of Vendor along with Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification with bid proposals. Muscogee (Creek) Nation CESO registration is preferred, but not required. Preference will be given to CESO registered vendors. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided in sealed envelopes.
