The project includes following: Demolition of existing Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) building and electrical including control signal output from a flowmeter. Placement of a precast concrete utility building with base earth materials and cast-in-place reinforced concrete seismic keys. Site grading for drainage to natural slopes. Furnish chemical storage shed with batch solution tank and mixer. Owner to supply tank stand and chemical feed pump. Install interior and exterior electrical conduit and wire for power supply and instrumentation. Provide single phase panel and 15 kVA transformer. Place perimeter chain link fence with pedestrian and maintenance access gates. Insert new 4 electromagnetic flowmeter on intake discharge pipe. Tie-in flowmeter analog output control signal to chemical feed pump. The Contractor shall possess a Class A license at the time of contract award. A bid guarantee in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall accompany the bid. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price and a Labor and Material Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price with good and sufficient surety.
