Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a civil project in Tracy, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The Project is located on South Lammers Road between the W. Schulte Road and Ellis Town Drive. Work includes furnishing and installing 24" and 20" potable & recycled water main, storm water pollution prevention, excavation & shoring safety plan, trench excavation and backfill, off haul of excess materials, trenchless pipe installations at the BBID canal and the UPRR right of way, traffic control, impressed cathodic protection system, pavement restoration and overlay, pavement striping and all other miscellaneous work required. Questions or requests for clarifications regarding the Project, the bid procedures or any of the Contract Documents may only be submitted in writing by email to Ilene Macintire, Senior Civil Engineer, at 209-831-6378 at ilene.macintire@cityoftracy.org. Oral responses are not authorized and are not binding on the City. Bidders are strongly encouraged to submit such inquiries at least five working days before the scheduled bid opening. For purposes of this Section 8, a "working day" means a day that City is open for normal business, and excludes weekends and holidays observed by City. Questions received any later might not be addressed before the bid deadline. An interpretation or clarification by City in response to a written inquiry will be issued in an addendum.
