Renovation of a municipal facility in Rohnert Park, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work is described generally as removing and replacing two existing rooftop decks with waterproofing materials and all other incidentals required to complete work. The project is located at the City of Rohnert Park Public Safety Main building, at 500 City Center Drive. The Contractor must have a valid California contractors license, a Class B General Contractor license. To ensure receipts of addendums, any party interested in the Project shall place their contact information with the Project Manager, Terrie Zwillinger, at 707-588-3331/TZwillinger@rpcity.org and/or PWProjects@rpcity.org. The Contractor must begin work within fifteen (15) calendar days after official notice by the City Engineer to proceed with the work and must diligently prosecute the same to completion within 120 working days of that Notice a payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid total will be required from the successful bidder for bids exceeding twentyfive thousand dollars ($25,000). A performance bond must also be provided for bids exceeding twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000). The City reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all bids, to re-bid, or to waive inconsequential defects in bidding not involving time, price or quality of the work.
