Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a civil project in Craftsbury, Vermont. Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
New well pump with variable frequency drive; 1,900 feet of water transmission line; well pump power, controls and portable generator; and pump house improvements including building addition, new booster pump, piping and appurtenances, hydropneumatic tanks, controls, electrical, heaters, and doors. The Project has an expected duration of 70 days. Each BID must be accompanied by a certified check payable to the OWNER for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the BID. A BID BOND may be used in lieu of a certified check Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
