Scope The project will be completed in phases offour (4) units. Each phase will include four (4) units and the connecting common corridor. Two (2) units will be completed along with the (2) unit directly across the common corridor. The flooring in the common corridor between the (4) units will also be abated and replaced as part of each phase. o Wilbur Cross is an occupied building. Tenants will be temporarily relocated during work on their units. A relocation specialist and moving company have been hired to manage this process. o A detailed construction schedule, including coordination with the LEP, Relocation Specialist, and Owner, is required throughout the project. The contractor is responsible for ensuring clean floor surfaces prior to installation. Subfloor preparation must comply with the manufacturer's guidelines for Luxury Vinyl Plank & Tile All alarm devices must be protected during the construction process.
