Questions Due: August 28, 2024 3:00 PM MDT Budget: $880,000.00 Completion Date: January 31, 2025 Liquidated Damages: $500 per day This project is NOT tax exempt Trades: selective demolition, cast-in-place concrete, metal fabrications, misc rough carpentry, sheet metal flashing and trim, joint sealants, hollow metal doors & frames, access doors and frames, aluminum-framed entrances & storefronts, sliding automatic entrances, door hardware, glazing, non-structural metal framing, gypsum board, resilient base & accessories, interior painting, plumbing, HVAC, testing & balancing, electrical.
