The City has identified the need to establish a Vendor List of pre-qualified contractors for the performance of certain plumbing services on an "as and when requested" basis throughout Chilliwack, BC. The purpose of this RFPQ is to pre-qualify Proponents to be registered to the Vendor List Each Proponent found to meet the qualifications set out herein will be registered to the Vendor List. The Vendor List will be effective May 1st, 2024 to April 30th, 2027. All enquiries or requests for clarification of issues related to the RFPQ are to be transmitted in writing to the City by email to puchasing@chilliwack.com no later than seven (7) days before Closing Date and Time. Routine installation, maintenance and repair services, including but not limited to; Interpret Engineered DWGs o Site Preparation, Layout o Prepare and join tube, tubing, and pipe o Sewers and sewage treatment systems o Interior drainage, waste and vent (DWV), and water service o Plumbing fixtures and appliances o Hydraunic systems and heating and cooling equipment o Gas fitting o Coordinating works and repairs with City tenants and staff while working independently and interdepartmentally across the City's organization.
